02:00 to 03:00 was The Pitcher, 03:00 to 03:30 was Donkey Rollers. Fusion didn't let Q-Dance play those sets, probably because they didn't want most of The Pitcher's album's tracks being put on the internet probably, dunno about Donkey Rollers. So they ended up broadcasting Zany's set from Q-Base 2008.

Tuneboy is kind of a Project... at least it seems like it is... because in every produciton since 2002, there is "C. Giusberti = TECHNOBOY" beign mentioned in the "Arranged By, Written-By" column.

but apart from this, i figured it out myself, because of the kicks, melody style etc.
