A Vinyl release is a recording of the vinyl.
So it is an digital recording of an analog source.

A WEB release is a digital copy of the original track.
WEB releases sounds more clearer because the are a direct copy of the original.

With a normal soundsystem you won't hear the difference, but on a professional soundsystem a WEB release sounds much clearer than a vinyl...
