Sorry but:

in the rar there is a MIXED file but if you burn it on cd you can't have separate tracks.
if you burn separate tracks you can't have a linear play of the dj set by Randy
I ask only a cue to have the possibility to listen the mix in a linear way witout break, only that, nothing special. I try to create myself but this time there is a error in my cue (is not the first time i made one) but i can't find the error.

No trolling, no joke, a simple question.

Since this is a WEB release, no cue file is and will be provided, that only happens with a CD-rip. In most cases a WEB, where the files are included loseless + as a mix, the loseless files are really the cutted versions of the mixed file, but in this case they're radio edits indeed, so you're in bad luck.
