It's easy.. when a WEB release is older than a few hours, and after that it has been released by some shitty group like SRG. Then you can assume that it has been stolen, reencoded/tagged from some forum or blog.
I have seen it over and over again, someone posts a P2P release somewhere and after a few days voila the scener comes out. Yes maybe some releases are actually bought by the scener, but even more are just stolen. It's just a matter of time before idiot groups like SRG will become exposed or busted.
Maybe 20% of the mp3 groups that exist these days actually are legit the rest is pure scum and thieves.
