What has happened btw? From years 2010-this spring, all releases were 320kbps. Now suddenly every release is in shitty VBR.

Did 320 get more expensive or what?

I agree, should be 320kbps... also BeNeWarez, why the hell am I on the site downloading music? Because I cant afford it. So obviously Im not going to go out and buy every single track that is released as it would cost a fortune. HB on the other hand is already buying these tracks to release them to us so I figure that they should just invest in ~80kbps more. Dont lecture me on it doesnt sound any different than VBR. Even if it doesnt I dont really care, 320kbps is better and they should forget about who the F releases things first and focus on quality... stupid scene groups. /rant

agree. there is a notable sound different between VBR and CBR and if people cant hear it, then buy better speakers and listen more closely. its sad that people care more about being the first to upload a new track even though its VBR rather than waiting an extra day to upload the CBR. im willing to bet the person who waits for the CBR and uploads it will get more people to download it... anyways beggars cant be choosers so VBR is better than not having the track at all i suppose.

it's amazon.co.jp all the main download sites are CBR and Wav, if i had a million dollars to spare id buy em all in wav, BUT I DONT.
