Is it still up? I'm unable to connect to the site at all. It was working up until the site "came back up". Also, for anyone on the site, is there an irc channel that I could go to for help in this matter?

It was hacked ~a month ago and site's code wiped out (tho torrent base survived).
The last message from admin that he was trying to find a backup, but he was almost sure it's unlikely and that hardbay's gone :(

They aren't too fast with uploading torrents. Many torrents were already for 12 hours+ on AL before HB has uploaded them.

i thought i would ask since you seem to be replying here, what is hardbay policy on vpn users? some trackers allow, some don't but i won't torrent without one. am i allowed to signup / use the site with a vpn? thanks :)
