Vinyl is a physical media thus what you ask is the same as uploading, say, a cup of tea. It's a digital _release_ aka WEB.
Also HI label pack that "someone can reupload" never existed.

As if yet another "reup pls" comment author would rock the parties.
You can't even refer properly to what you're asking and don't care where "someone" is supposed to get all the rest 51 releases for you (since there're almost no scene releases for the label probably should just spend several hundreds euro to buy 'em for you).
