HB just didn't release it asap it became available at shops, so some ppl had time to buy (in lossless ofc) and share it (after converted to mp3 ofc) several hours before this scene release.

For me, only difference is Zippy = 2 min download and rapidgator 30+ minutes download. Zippy > Rapidgator :)

It's not about 5 secs of waiting, it's about pathetic idea to try to earn cents (even if it's 0.0001 cents) for clicking for just reuploading free stuff.
And ye, ublar fast speeds are not crucial to get just ~150 MB, Deathmachine albums don't show up every several hours.
