It looks much like some router's web interface unlike previous downtimes...
I really hope the site wasn't hacked (I wonder if changing domain to .co somewhat compromised security) and forum engine/database irrecoverably lost like hardbay :S
Tho I must admit as of late it was mostly yet another scene/free tunes reposting site with some funny chatbox. Thousands of members and only few keep sharing publicly some exclusive/purchased releases :(
