Absolute recommendation: Kicks like oldschool Hardbass / Techno about 140 BPM and pleases our ears with Acid sounds. We need more British Techno!
Thank you very much.
But: The rips have some drops. DJs should listen exactly before they play these tracks.
I can't say I really agree, I've been around this stuff for the best part of 20 years and London acid techno is incredibly stale and practically a dead scene, mainly produced by the same few people under a million different aliases who ran out of ideas a long time ago.
you can say that about lots of styles really.
personally i think you can't have your cake and eat it too, most of these were either acidcore, acid trance or gabber producers before they did the acid techno thing, i think you either like it or you don't. Same can be said about Trance, House, Techno, Jungle and so on it all relatively sounds the same you can only make so many sub genres before it's just like super hipster core.. and next thing you know you're listening to Future-Ragga-Trance-Acid-Jungle-Step-Core lmao.
maybe you are just growing out of Acid Techno, I had the same thing happen with Gabber when it became super slow and no more breakbeats, i moved on to other shit, it happens to most of us.
Some nice UK Acid Techno ala Chris Liberator, Dave The Drummer, Mark Tyler, Rowland The Bastard etc.
