well, if you want to get technical.. pretty much every hardcore producer or rave producers in general don't credit hip hop lyrics they rip off.

Digital Boy didn't pay his artists on D-Boy Records which is why many of them eventually left the label. Promo didn't get paid properly for the tracks he submitted to Digital Boy, so as a little bit of payback he isn't credited on this track which really sounds like a solo Promo track anyway.
