After almost 12 years the day has come........

HB is stepping down as an active scene group.

After dominating the harder styles the last years 
we descided there are better things in life to spent
time & money on... so thats excactly what we are going to
do.

We wanna thank all the people that believed in us (and still do).
We won't really dissapear and we will do the better stuff / albums
once in a while... that is if we feel like it.

When we say we quit as an active scene group then this does not mean we won't release anymore.

We are just saying ... don't expect us to do (almost) every hard release out there but do expect a nice
release now and then when we feel like it

So we are not gone but we just do whatever the hell we want :P

Ehm no??? They bought the music. THAT is what the scene is about. Buying the music and sharing it within the scene. Sadly for them, it gets shared with the whole world instead of only the scene. They don't supply music for this site. They probably hate this site.

I am aware that the scene is not what it used to be yes. Although the 'corruption' already was going on back in the QMI days.

I was member of this great group for a couple of years when the oldschool vinyl was the standard. I bought more then 200 records back then and a lot of them got an official HB release. Sad to hear that they are quitting the scene, but they put there stamp on it for real!

It was not meant as an offense.
My "thank you" included all the work, good (and bad) releases. I just wanted to point out that actual style, especially hardstyle, isn't worth any MB on my HD.
But I'm happy they brouht me the Hardcore for almost 10 years.

As a former HB member, completely alienated from the scene for many years already, I feel a rush of sadness. Unjustified though, as I quit for the same reasons. Besides, the (music) scene isn't what it was compared to the golden days... Impressive too see you guys kept it up. I'm sure you guys will read this sooner or later, greets to the man who is named after a chemical and all others whos names I have forgotten.

It's always sad to see an older group step down, but times are different. The era of meticulous vinyl ripping is long gone and private sites/trackers are where it's at these days. Scene used to dominate in speed of releasing, secure distribution and quality above all. Now it's a clusterfuck of greedy, immature, disloyal idiots.
