Sad that hM/SPL can't fix this incorrect "Read/write offset correction: 0" setting for years already which screws each and every rip they release.
Proper rip of PENCOMP was shared at rutracker years ago. It's not too hard to get proper rips of PENGO 002,010,011 and improper rip (thus same as SPL's) of 014 from what.cd. So net gain from these 7 SPL's releases = PENGO 009,013.
Ofc thanks to SPL even for these 2 as well - it's free & as easy to pick as it can possibly be after all. Just don't call checking a couple of sites for years as "looking for" :P
