HB provided what and the way it's available at Google Play (and all other WEB shops), direct your complains to Q-dance itself.
Wrong track names/order of Q016 is in all WEB shops. It's hard to detect with the tracks' lengths being so close - need to actually listen and/or compare with vinyl rip. Even as lossless Q016 WEB has innately bad quality so it was just released this way.
But Q019 is totally fine, it's Google Play's default encoder settings (-q0 = maximum noise-shaping) that make 16-20,5 kHz range look sorta "poor".
