I know INT can't be nuked but are Deezer rips or releases without a source allowed by scene rules? Is the quality comparable to a Gplay release?

Deezer rips aren't allowed by scene rules, because Deezer isn't a webshop, it's streaming only (GP is streaming and webshop, so scene use GP rips which actually are the same ones with sold tracks).
Releases without a source aren't allowed because of lack of source (wow!).
Deezer rips are quality, it's possible to get MP3 and FLAC. Anyway, GP spectra are worse than Deezer one in most of cases.
