Not a popular opinion , but this guy , is why the hardcore scene is not dead yet.
Yeah , this is gonna be a complain post.

Neophyte records , are letting us down for years now.
(some bangers , mostly from the ex members of the enzyme crew)
and yes also the single edit mix crap is still a scam.

Dj mad dog can not live up to the hype.
and don't get me started about the french-core records...what ever happened to Terror ?

Ophidian , Promo (he is still trying) TOA and some other producers are still giving quality.
Also the industrial hardcore scene ( the relic aka dark decent records) are still bringing new ideas.
But the summary of the big names in the scene today - totally lost it -

i think it is a nice development to check out some hard-techno / industrial techno records..

Think of labels like : green fetisch , Perc traxx and genosha ( ghost in the machine) to be amazed by the orginal vibe of the hardcore era ( with a lower bpm)
The merging of these styles gonna be the new sound someday!

Most guys will disagree simply because that techno stuff you mentioned (also KRTM and tripped's techno btw) is "too slow" and "not hard enough" but its harder than most mainstyle released nowadays and has a way better drive and flow.

Ophidian, always a man who delivers! Doesn't matter what (sub)genre he creates. And he's doing that for almost two decades!
This man is in my opinion the best producer out there. Think of tracks like 'The Mine' 'butterfly VIP' 'Angels'. Tracks you can play anytime you want in a set. but most of them are over 10/13 years old. This man is a true living legend.

After reading all the comments i expected this to be the workings of Hans Zimmer, instead i got the same old garbage Ophidian turns out, nothing new only with the cheesy trailer music that makes no sense and been done time and time and time again.....a orchestra is like a machine.....hahahahaha. I miss the soul of Hardcore, cause Hardcore is not hard anymore, it lost his darkness, it’s drive and the goosebumps you get..
I understand that that generations change, a music style can change, but don’t rip the soul out of it:-(
Ophidian, TOA/Ghost in the Machine, KRTM, Tripped, Promo are indeed one of the few that have the creative mind to create quality Harder styles...

Conrad is the best hardcore producer of all time and it's not even close, from Angel, Pegasus, Forgotten Moments Remix, Abandoned and so many more classics, he never disappoints and he's always creatively step above everyone else, absolute FUCKING GOD OF HC
