the first two releases of hardcore blasters were made under the previous labelname - hardcore masters
from that thing catalog-prefixes are made - HM stands for Hardcore Masters
Than due to some reasons (I think it's connected with dutch Masters Of Hardcore =)) ) the labelname was changed but the prefix (and the artworks of two first releases) weren't =)
