it is still closer to real hardstyle than 90% of today's releases. Not because of kicks, bpm or something like that but the overall atmosphere. It has a flow.

The slap happy yokels in harder styles were quick to jump on the dubstep gravy train back when it became popular and all the trendy young hipsters were into dubstep. There was several hardstyle and mainstyle hardcore tracks that incorporated dubstep shit back in early 2010s or so.
