This website doesn't work for me quite a while already (maybe already couple of months or so).

----

When i try to download a file using ALFAFILE link, i get immediately error and the website doesn't open at all:

Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from alfafile.net (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more about this warning
net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

----

When i try to download a file using RAPIDGATOR link, i get the same error:

Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from s32.rapidgator.net (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more about this warning
net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

The net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID error means your web browser does not trust the SSL/TLS certificate being presented by the website. When this happens specifically with file-hosting sites like Alfafile and Rapidgator, it usually means something between your browser and the website's server is intercepting the connection and presenting its own unrecognized certificate.
Here are the most effective ways to resolve this issue, starting with the most likely culprits.
1. Change Your DNS Servers
Internet Service Providers (ISPs) sometimes block file-sharing websites. Instead of a standard "blocked" page, their interception often breaks the secure connection, resulting in this exact certificate error. Switching to a public, secure DNS usually bypasses this.
Open your computer's Network Connections or Network & Internet settings.
Find your active connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) and open its Properties.
Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click Properties.
Choose Use the following DNS server addresses.
Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Preferred DNS server (Google DNS).
Enter 1.1.1.1 as the Alternate DNS server (Cloudflare DNS).
Save the settings, restart your browser, and try accessing the links again.
2. Temporarily Disable Antivirus HTTPS Scanning
Many modern antivirus programs (like Avast, Bitdefender, Kaspersky, or ESET) intercept web traffic to scan it for threats. Sometimes, the browser stops recognizing the antivirus software's custom certificate, causing the sites to break.
Open your antivirus software settings.
Look for a setting named Web Shield, HTTPS Scanning, Safe Browsing, or Encrypted Web Scan.
Turn this feature off temporarily.
Refresh the Alfafile or Rapidgator page.
Note: If this fixes the issue, you can usually leave HTTPS scanning off (your browser has its own built-in protection) or try reinstalling your antivirus to reset its certificates.
3. Use a VPN (Virtual Private Network)
If changing your DNS doesn't work, your ISP or local network might be using deep packet inspection to block traffic to these specific CDN servers (like s32.rapidgator.net).
Turn on a reputable VPN.
Connect to a server in a different country.
Attempt to download the file again. A VPN encrypts your traffic so your ISP cannot intercept the connection to the file host.
4. Clear Your Operating System's SSL State
Sometimes, your computer holds onto corrupted certificate data in its cache. Clearing it forces the system to fetch fresh certificates.
On Windows:
Open the Start menu, type Internet Options, and press Enter.
Go to the Content tab.
Click the Clear SSL state button.
Click OK, restart your browser, and try again.
On Mac:
Mac manages this via Keychain Access, but simply clearing your browser's cache and restarting your Mac usually achieves the same result.
5. Verify Your System Time and Date
While this usually affects all HTTPS websites rather than just a few, an out-of-sync system clock will immediately invalidate security certificates because the browser thinks the certificate is either expired or not yet valid.
Check your computer's clock.
Ensure it is set to sync automatically with an internet time server.

I'm not a tech person myself and I just wanted to let you know that these pages/links stopped working for me a while ago (maybe ~2-3 months ago or something like this, first the alfafile page stopped working, which can't be opened at all anymore, some time later the rapidgator download link also stopped working (the rapidgator page opens by itself but it's not possible to download from there)). I didn't have any problems with it before. But yeah, just wanted to let you know because I think I'm not the only one who has this problem and maybe you can do something about this that people won't get by default this error message like i posted above.

Btw... I started using new computer maybe ~3 weeks ago or so and with new computer i'm not able to use this site at all (links doesn't work). But the same problems started already with my older computer ~2-3 months ago. Before that i was able to use this website without any errors.

Btw... If i remember correctly sometimes i was not even able to open 1gabba.pw website itself and i got the same error messages. Today this website opens but download links doesn't work.

The problem on your side. Maybe antivirus, anti-adware software or browser extension blocks "harmfull" website.

This website opens successfully from different locations: https://cdn.imgchest.com/files/77bc554007fe.png
Same goes to Rapidgator: https://cdn.imgchest.com/files/0780e5d5646f.png
You can forward your download issues to Rapidgator support.
